Beginner Golf Exercises

1. Swing a weighted club. Holding a weighted club can help you gain strength, control, and awareness of the club. Swing the club in slow, controlled motions to ensure proper form.

2. Swing a club with a towel. Place a towel on the club and swing it with one hand. This will help you focus on your arms and body and how they move in the swing.

3. Work on your grip. Make sure you have a good grip on the club. Proper grip can help you hit the ball longer and straighter.

4. Practice your stance. Make sure your feet are shoulder-width apart and your knees are slightly bent. You should also have a slight tilt of your upper body away from the target.

5. Take practice swings. Make sure you have a consistent setup and repeat it with each swing. This will help you develop a consistent swing.

6. Use an alignment stick. Place an alignment stick on the ground and align it with the target line. This will help you make sure your clubface is square to the target line.

Work on your tempo. Make sure your swing is smooth and in rhythm. A slow, controlled swing will make it easier to hit
